Shipping Policy

Our Packaging and Delivery team work very closely with each other. The packaging department ensures that all the orders are processed very carefully and dispatched within 48-72 hours except on business and government holidays. Efforts are made to dispatch all orders received before 1200 hours on the same day, whereas orders received after 1200 hours are dispatched on the next business day. We try our best to stick to this schedule, barring unforeseen & unavoidable delays.

Shipping Policy - the basics

1) EXPRESS SHIPPING

We use DHL/FedEx for international delivery. These are the most reliable and probably the fastest. Usual delivery time is between 5-10 business days after dispatch. A responsive tracking ID is available for comprehensive tracking of shipments and shared with the customers, post dispatch.

2) EMS SPEED POST

We use EMS / India Post for countries where Express shipping is not available/feasible for various reasons, e.g. the formerly CIS countries, China, Taiwan, etc. Delivery takes between 2-3 weeks after dispatch, and the tracking ID is shared with the customer, post dispatch.

 

International Shipping & Delivery Information

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Certain countries charge custom clearance/import duties on small consignments/consumer orders. Our courier partners work and liaise with Customs Departments world over to ensure smooth and swift clearance. However, such charges, if any, must be borne by the customer placing the order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Any order may be cancelled. However, the same has to be done before the dispatch has taken place. If the dispatch has been made, the cancellation will not be possible.

 

INCOMPLETE / SHORT / DAMAGED DELIVERY

In case a customer receives a short/damaged delivery, the same shall be shipped afresh / along with the next order, as possible and mutually agreeable. However, the customer should thoroughly check the packet upon delivery as to gross weight/condition before taking delivery/opening the package and signing the Proof of Delivery and also preserve the same carefully. Pictures of both sides the delivered pack should also be taken and preserved for the record.

LOST / UNDELIVERED ORDERS

In case of any order being lost in transit / undelivered, we shall send the same afresh. We strive to offer the best and genuine services to our customers at all times. However, things may not happen as planned/scheduled at all times due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. We, however, endeavour to do our best to have the matter resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Since tea being perishable food item, we do not accept return. If you have received wrong/damaged product please send an email along with photograph to our customer care info@agrovet.in within 15 days of receiving the product. Our customer care will take appropriate action.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
